Fala is an architecture practice based in porto (pt), led by filipe magalhães, ana luisa soares, ahmed belkhodja and lera samovich. fala is an atelier of architecture, crafting intellectual objects that sometimes get built – projects. its production has been described as very portuguese by foreigners, and as outlandish by locals. since its inception, fala has been regularly invited as a teachers, guest critics and lecturers in various international schools and institutions, and the atelier's work has been exhibited and published widely in biennials, single and collective exhibitions, and printed and digital media.
